Save Highlight Settings file for Accordance 5.0

Did you know?
With the new Highlighting feature in Accordance 5.0, you can switch between multiple settings files to maintain different highlighting schemes. One highlighting scheme could be marking unusual grammar while another could be marking phrases that pertain to a particular theme, such as salvation.

This application is designed to assist in backing up and managing multiple Highlight Settings files. It copies the current settings file found in
"...:Accordance folder: Accordance Settings :"
and places the duplicate in an "Accordance Backups" folder with a unique, identifying name that you set.
This name is stored in the file's "Comments" field you see when you "Get info".

Whenever you wish to switch settings files:
1. Run this application and quit Accordance if it's running.
2. Select the desired settings file by option-dragging it into in the "Accordance Settings " folder replacing the one already in there. (Option-dragging will leave a copy in the original folder. This is not necessary as long as you run the Save Highlight Settings application when you're finished.)
Alternatively, if you wish to start with a fresh, empty Highlight file, simply trash the current HIghlight Settings file.
3. Launch Accordance and you're ready.

The default file backed up is the "Highlight Settings" file. This may be changed by altering the WhichSettingsFile property at the beginning of the source code using Apple's Script Editor.

Written for Accordance 5.0, it should run on MacOS 7.5-9.2 and requires Applescript to be installed. Applescript is installed by default on any Macintosh.
